OTHER LODGING MARSHAL'S SUITE The Marshal's Suite is located upstairs in the main building at True West. The Suite is approximately 900 square feet and sleeps up to 6. No cooking is permitted, except in the microwave. No smoking or pets permitted in the Suite. Amenities Include:   One queen bed One full bed (in separate room) Two twin beds Bed linens & towels Private bath with tub/shower Private entrance Heat and A/C Small refrigerator Microwave Coffee maker TV with DVD player (no live tv hookup) Rates & Directions CABIN FOR RENT True West manages a privately-owned cabin for rent. The cabin is right across the road from the campground, on the horse trail. Occupancy is 6 people max., sleeping in 4 beds. Amenities include:   Three Bedrooms (2 downstairs, 1 upstairs) 2 baths (1 downstairs with tub/shower, 1 upstairs w/shower) One queen, one double, and 2 twin beds Bed linens, TP, trash bags, dish soap, dish towels Full kitchen with dishes, utensils, pots & pans Microwave & toaster Coffee maker (filters provided) Satellite TV with DVD player Screened porch Fire Ring and picnic table Deck with gas grill Heat and A/C Guests should bring their own bath towels, paper towels, paper plates, napkins. Guests may bring their own firewood, or purchase wood at True West. There is no phone in the cabin and cell coverage is not reliable, so bring a calling card to use at True West. There is a four-stall barn at the cabin. The stalls are bedded with shavings when you arrive. If you want additional shavings during your stay, they are available for purchase at True West. There are saddle racks and bridle hooks on the front of the stalls, as well as a hitching rail with rubber mats under it to wash your horse off. Guests are responsible for cleaning their stalls, as well as stripping them completely when you leave. Manure forks and carts are provided. Guests should bring their own water and feed buckets. Sorry, absolutely no pets allowed at the cabin or on the property, and no smoking in the cabin, on the screened porch, or in the barn. There is a two-night minimum to rent the cabin, and a three-night minimum on holidays (New Year's, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). Responsible party must be at least 18 years old to rent, plus a credit card (Visa/MC) is required. Cabin Prices   $100 per night up to two people $10 per night each additional person, up to 6 max. Weekly rate: Stay 7 nights for price of 6 Cleaning fee: $20 for 2 people, $10 each add'l person up to $50 max. Stalls: $10 per night, no weekly rate   A deposit is required to make a reservation. The deposit amount is equal to one night's rent/stall fees for stays up to 7 nights; and two nights' rent/stall fees for stays over 7 nights or on holidays. Deposits will be refunded if cancelled with at least 30 days notice, less a $25 cancellation fee. If less than 30 days notice is given to cancel, the deposit, less the $25 fee, may be applied to a future date within 12 months from the original reservation (one time). Deposits for holidays and the entire month of October are non-refundable, no matter when cancelled, but can be applied to a future date within 12 months from original reservation (one time).
