From Nashville:  Interstate 40 East to exit 301.  Turn left and go under the freeway. 
Turn right at first street (by 66 gas station).  Go to 3-way stop sign and turn left. 
At next stop sign, turn right onto Hwy 62.  Go approximately 15 miles
to a traffic light and turn left onto 127 north.  Stay on 127 for 19 miles, past Jamestown to Hwy 154. 
Turn right onto 154 and go north approximately 8 miles. 
Turn right onto Hwy 297 (Leatherwood Ford Rd.) towards Oneida and Big South Fork. 
True West is approximately 4.5 miles on the left.
