Rates & Directions

Campsites: $22.00 per night water/electric
  $27.00 per night water/electric/sewer
  Up to 4 People. $5 per person for each additional person.
 
Marshal's Suite: $75 per night for up to 2 people; 2-night minimum
  $10 per night for each additional person
8 people max. in 4 beds and 1 sleep sofa
  You must bring your own towels and toiletries.
Tidy-up service available $5/day. Beds made, clean coffee pot, bathroom wiped down.
We prefer no pets in the Suite, but if you bring them, there is a $25 cleaning fee.
 
Camper: $55 per night for up to 2 people; 2-night minimum
  $10 per night for each additional person
  Sleeps up to 4 comfortably
Could fit 2 additional small children
  Pets are welcome in the camper
You must provide your own linens (full size bed & up to 4 twin size sleeping areas), towels, and toiletries
 
Tent Site: $18 per night for up to 4 people;
  $5 per night for each additional person
Pets welcome
  Primitive sites only
No electric or water
 
Stalls: $15.00 for one night only or for day use
  $12.00 per night for 2 nights
  $10.00 per night for 3 or more nights
  Stalls include bedding. We bed with sawdust.
 
Park & Ride: Day riders get to park FREE at True West and enjoy the trails and amenities
  Day riders may park their rigs here, use the hitching rails, wash racks,
bath houses, and tables on covered deck. No stalls or campsites/hookups.
Stalls can be rented at the rate above.
Grill is available for $10.00 usage fee.
 
Daily Stall Picking $3.00 per day (if done every day - must request at check-in - does not include stripping)
  $5.00 for final stripping if picking was included or $7.00 for final stripping only.
Horse must be vacant from the stall at the time of cleaning

Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
If you'd like to ride on your last day prior to check-out, we can accommodate you but please check in at the office first.

Reservations are appreciated and strongly recommended especially during holidays and the fall season.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to hold your reservation for sites and/or stalls, a credit card* number, or a check equal
to one night's total fees (including stall charges), is required. When providing a credit card to hold
your reservation, no fees will be charged to your card prior to the day of check-in unless cancellation
fees apply.

* By providing your credit card information you are giving us authorization to charge your card
for applicable cancellation fees as stated below.

- Reservations canceled outside of two weeks prior to arrival date are not subject to cancellation fees.
If a deposit was made, it can be applied to a future reservation within the next twelve months (one time only).
Rescheduled reservations must be in the same name as the person holding the deposit and are not transferable.

- Cancellations for reservations inside two weeks prior to the arrival date, are applicable to cancellation fees.
For reservations held with a credit card, cancellation charges (fees equal to one day charges and any
applicable event fees) plus the 3% credit card fee will be charged to the credit card within 24 hours of cancellation.

- You are also giving us authorization to charge the card in the event of a returned check.
If you pay by check, and your check is returned due to insufficient funds, said charges
will be applied to the credit card on file. In addition to the balance on your check, the following
additional fees will apply: $20 Return Check Fee and a 3% Credit Card Fee.

Cancellation Policy for Holiday Weekends.
There is a three-night minimum on Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day and Columbus Day weekends. We WILL be booked for Holiday Weekends. IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you cancel inside of 48 hours prior to your stay on the above holiday weekends, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of your reservation since we will be unable to fill your spot that close to the weekend. Anyone on a waiting list will have found other accommodations by that time.

NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY.
NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED OR APPLIED TO FUTURE DATES.
(So make sure you call and cancel prior to your check-in date if you can't make it.)

True West accepts cash, personal checks, MasterCard, Discover and Visa.
If using a personal check for a deposit, it must be received
at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Reservations for holidays weekends
and during October require a credit card to be on file, even if you
want to send a check for your deposit.
Unfortunately with the rising cost of credit card fees,
there is now a 3% additional fee for all credit card transactions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Rates and policies subject to change.
