Rates & Directions Campsites: $20.00 per night water/elec   $25.00 per night water/elec/sewer   Stalls $15.00 for one night only   $25.00 for two nights ($12.50/night)   $10.00 per night for stays of 3 nights or more   $15.00 per night if you aren't staying at True West   Day Ride Fee $5.00 per horse   Day riders may park their rigs here, use the hitching rails, wash racks, and bath houses; but no stalls or campsites/hookups   Stall Cleaning Service $3.00 per day (if done every day - must request at check-in.)   Marshal's Suite: $65 per night for up to 2 people;   $10 per night for each extra person (6 people max. in 4 beds)   Reservations are appreciated and suggested, but not absolutely necessary. Reservations are not confirmed, and will not be held unless a deposit is received within 14 days from the date the reservation was requested. DEPOSIT POLICY A deposit is required to confirm a reservation and to hold specific sites and stalls. One night's camping or lodging and stall fees are required for stays up to 6 nights. Two nights' fees are required for stays of 7 or more nights. Deposits are non-refundable unless the reservation is cancelled at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee for each campsite, $15 for the Marshal's Suite. If cancelled with less than two weeks' notice, the deposit (less cancellation fee) can be applied to a future reservation within the next twelve months (one time only). There is a three-night minimum on Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day weekends. Deposits for holidays (New Years, President's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) plus the entire month of October are totally non-refundable, no matter when cancelled, but can be applied (less cancellation fee) to future dates within 12 months or original reservation. NO-SHOWS ON HOLIDAY WEEKENDS AND THE MONTH OF OCTOBER WILL BE CHARGED THE AMOUNT DUE FOR YOUR ENTIRE STAY. NO AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED OR APPLIED TO FUTURE DATES. (So make sure you call and cancel prior to your check-in date if you can't make it.) True West accepts cash, personal checks, MasterCard, and Visa. If using a personal check for a deposit, it must be received at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Reservations for holidays weekends and during October require a credit card to be on file, even if you want to send a check for your deposit. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
