CUSTOMER LOYALTY DISCOUNTS Our continued success is due in large part to our great repeat customers. You have made the difference in spreading the word about True West and we thank you. To show our appreciation, we are offering rewards for staying with us. CATEGORY I -- OLD FAITHFULS Those of you who have stayed with us at least 6 nights in every year since True West opened in September of 2004 will receive a $60 credit which may be used for camping fees or towards a purchase in the Mercantile. As long as you continue to stay at least six nights each year you will remain in this category and receive this reward each year. The six nights do not have to be in one visit. CATEGORY II -- SOONERS If you book and pay the deposit for your next reservation within the next six(6) months while you are here, you will receive a $30 credit to be used towards camping fees for that stay or towards Mercantile purchases. CATEGORY III -- LATERS If you book and pay the deposit for your next reservation within the next twelve(12) months while you are here, you will receive a 20% discount on the camping fees for that stay, or a 20% discount in the Mercantile. FINE PRINT (there's always fine print!) If changes are made to the dates of any future reservation, the reward will be determined by the length of time from the original stay to the new dates. If the future reservation is cancelled completely, normal deposit/cancellation policies apply. Multiple rewards may be awarded during the same year. Rewards are not redeemed until you arrive for the next qualifying visit. |
